Tuition & Aid
Tuition built for real families.
No hidden PDFs. Here's exactly how it works and what families actually pay — with discounts that grow with each child, a GPA scholarship, and need-based help when you need it.
What it costs
Base tuition, in plain numbers.
Tuition is set per student, per year — and you choose the payment plan that fits your family. We'd rather show you the figures than make you hunt for them.
- K4 & K5
- $5,450
- Grades 1–3
- $6,300
- Grades 4–5
- $6,500
- Grades 6–8
- $6,700
- Grades 9–12
- $7,000
Annual rate per student, billable across 12 months.
Most families don't pay the base rate alone — discounts and aid bring the real cost down. Keep reading, or just ask us what your family would pay.
- 1 AnnualPay once for the year — the simplest option.
- 2 SemesterSplit into two payments across the school year.
- 3 MonthlySpread tuition across the year so it fits a household budget.
A monthly plan makes a Christian education work for everyday families — not just on paper.
How we compare
Exceptional — and about half the price.
A Christ-centered education shouldn't cost a fortune. Here's how our tuition stacks up against the average Oregon Christian school.
Average Oregon Christian school
~$11,300/yr
Spring Mountain
from $5,450/yr
Small classes, a 100% college-acceptance rate, and a four-day week — for roughly half the state average. (Oregon Christian-school average per PrivateSchoolReview, 2025–26.)
Multi-child discounts
Bigger family? It costs less per child.
The discounts stack, so each additional child costs less than the one before — and larger families pay dramatically less overall.
| Child | Discount |

By your fifth child, tuition is free. That's not a typo — it's how we make room for the families who fill our halls.
Scholarships & aid
More ways the cost comes down.
GPA scholarship
Students in grades 7–12 can earn a scholarship for strong academic work. It's our way of cheering on the effort your child is already putting in.
Need-based assistance
Please don't rule out SMCA over cost. Need-based aid is available, and many families are surprised by what's possible once we talk. If money is the only thing standing in the way, ask us first.

The best way to understand SMCA is to walk the halls, meet a teacher, and watch a small class at work. Book a tour — we'd love to meet your family.
