SMCA is authorized to issue I-20 forms to qualifying international students for the F-1 student visa. Here's how to apply, and what you'll need.
Deadlines

- ✓Passport copy
- ✓Medical insurance form & immunization records
- ✓Signed conduct & release agreements
- ✓Health insurance
Fees, SEVIS & host families
A non-refundable registration payment is due by check or wire transfer. The I-20 (SEVIS) fee is paid directly online at fmjfee.com.
